Booking with us, confirmes that you agree to the Privacy policy and all the terms on this page.

  • Operating Hours: 09:00-14:30 / 17:30 – 21:00
  • Upon receipt of the booking request, a payment request will be sent to you.
  • To complete your reservation, a deposit is required.
  • The deposit must be paid within 2 days of receiving the payment request. Availability will only be booked for this 2-day period.
  • 15:00 pm- 21:00 pm – If you arrive early and your room is empty and ready you can enter, otherwise we can happily store your luggage.
  • The balance of your payment must be paid if possible upon check-in.
  • Until 11:00 a.m.
  • From 1 January 2018, a new law on taxes in Greece has entered into force.
  • According to it, accommodation users are obliged to pay an overnight stay tax depending on the category of accommodation they are staying in.
  • A stay tax is payable upon arrival at the accommodation unit, directly to the owner of the accommodation or at the reception.
  • The owner or receptionist are required to issue an invoice for the stay tax payment.
  • The amount of the tax is not included in the accommodation rent price.
  • Stay tax is calculated per room, not per person. VAT charges are not applicable.

For staying in hotels with:

  • one or two stars, stay tax is 0.50€ per room, per day
  • three stars, tax is 1.5€ per room, per day
  • four stars, tax is 3,00€ per room, per day
  • five stars, tax is 4,00€ per room, per day

For staying in apartments, a guest is obliged to pay 0,50€ per day, per apartment.

  • The balance of your payment must be paid on arrival if possible.
  • We accept cash, payment via PAYPAL, payment by debit / credit card, bank deposit and Western Union.
  • Cancellations will be accepted only via email info@kseynasa.gr
  • Cancellation requests made 60 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be refunded the full amount of the deposit minus any bank transfer charges.
  • Cancellation requests within 60 days of your scheduled arrival date will not be refunded.
  • “Non-appearance” will not receive any refund.
  • In case of departure before the scheduled date, you will NOT receive a refund.
  • Children of all ages are accepted.
  • A baby cot is available on request at no extra charge for children up to 2 years old.
  • Children 2 years old and older are considered adults in this property.
  • Extras are not automatically calculated in the final amount and must be paid separately during your stay.
  • No extra bed can be added to this property.
  • The maximum number of cots depends on the room you choose. Please check the selected room for maximum capacity.
  • All baby cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
  • Your apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and features clean linens and bath towels.
  • We clean the apartments every day.
  • We change your towels every 2 days.
  • We change your sheets every 3 days.

  • Consumption of food and beverages that are not purchased from the Hotel is forbidden.
  • Please use the Showers before entering the pool.
  • You must wear a swimsuit to use the pool. Swimming in clothes or shoes is not permitted.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent within and around the area of the pool.
  • Pets are not allowed in the pool.
  • No running, pushing or diving in the pool area.
  • Wait for 3 hours after eating or consumption of alcohol before entering the pool.
  • Entrance is not permitted to guests that don’t know how to swim.
  • Persons suffering from any disease are not permitted to use the Swimming Pool.

  • There is a strict policy where smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Allowed on balconies.
  • Guests must observe the quiet hours that are between 14:30 – 17:30 and 22:30 – 09:00
